Over the past two years, significant progress has been made in the digitalization of pathological diagnostics. By the end of this year, the rollout will be completed across all sites – the technical integration of the scanning systems and digital reporting are already well established in many areas.

The symposium provides an overview of the achievements, practical experiences, and next steps. Together with you, we will discuss the opportunities and challenges in daily practice and explore how the potential of digitalization can be leveraged even more effectively in the future. A particular focus will be on future developments – from telepathology and AI-assisted applications to further innovations based on the existing infrastructure.
